Who operates Intervals

Intervals is operated by Intervals For Men LLC, a limited liability company organized in New York, United States.

Intervals is initially launching in the United States only.

Eligibility and your account

Intervals is a community for adult men, ages 18 and older. Complete the required onboarding and adult confirmation before entering member discussions. Keep your account credentials secure and do not use another person's account or impersonate someone.

Community conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. Speak from lived experience, respect disagreement and keep other people's private information out of discussions.

Do not use Intervals for harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, exposing private information, spam, promotion or deliberate disruption. Difficult feelings, candid conversations and disagreement are not by themselves reasons for removal. Anonymous posting does not excuse harmful conduct.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you contribute and are responsible for having the right to share it. Do not post material that infringes another person's rights.

Operating the community requires permission to store and process your contributions, display posts and replies to members permitted to view them under the app's access and moderation rules, and review or remove them for moderation. This permission is limited to operating and protecting Intervals; it does not transfer ownership of your content.

Deletion and retained discussion context are explained in the retention disclosure. Other members may quote or copy what they can view, and removal from Intervals cannot retrieve every copy elsewhere.

Privacy and anonymity

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Private check-ins are not member-public. Anonymous posts hide your displayed identity from other members, but authorized moderation can still associate contributions with an account.

Respect that distinction when choosing what to share. Intervals does not promise that community contributions are confidential from its operators or invisible to its service providers.

Moderation and reporting

Members can report posts or replies and block members through the available app controls. Moderation may review or dismiss reports, hide content or suspend accounts according to context and the Community Guidelines. A report does not automatically remove content.

Reports are reviewed privately. The service is not monitored 24/7, and reports do not replace emergency help. See safety support for the available routes.

Support and service limits

Intervals offers peer discussion, not professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial care. Members speak from their own experience; their contributions are not professional advice from Intervals.

Intervals is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Read the Self-Harm and Crisis Guidelines.

Visit Support for account and app help. There is no promise of continuous monitoring or an immediate response.

Leaving Intervals

The following describes the intended deletion flow; production rollout and remaining verification gates are unconfirmed.

You can stop participating or use Delete my account for permanent deletion. Deletion remains available before onboarding and for suspended accounts. The form requires your current password and may refuse deletion if account-owned files remain.

Successful deletion removes your account and erases your authored content under the retention and deletion rules. Other members' replies and reports, necessary empty structures and records held separately by providers or recipients have different lifecycles.

For questions about these Terms, contact hello@intervalsmen.com. We may update these Terms as Intervals changes. Published versions will identify their effective date, and we will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required before applying them.
