Consumer Health Privacy Notice
How Intervals handles health information you choose to provide.
Information and purposes
Intervals is operated by Intervals For Men LLC, a limited liability company organized in New York, United States, initially serving adults in the United States.
Private check-ins can contain health information in your selected topic or load, capacity score, carrying state and optional private note. Earlier records may include a selected need. We store responses with your account and check-in date so you can review private history and owner-facing summaries, such as averages and common selected loads or states. These summaries are not diagnoses.
Health information may also appear in discussions, replies, moderation reports or support correspondence you choose to submit. Discussions and replies are shared according to community visibility rules. Check-in consent does not authorize publication of private check-ins. Safety and moderation processing is limited to operating community protections and handling reports.
Separate choices
In the intended consent release, new private check-in storage and summaries require your affirmative private check-in choice. Previously saved history remains available for limited review after withdrawal. Production rollout and database enforcement remain unverified. A separate optional choice permits only today's explicitly selected topic or load to influence discussion suggestions. You may use Health as a topic and write a private note without enabling this personalization.
Private notes are not analyzed or used for suggestions. Capacity, carrying state, historical check-in profiles, derived private summaries, safety signals, moderation information and support correspondence are excluded too. Ordinary discussion interests, follows, age interval and discussion recency can continue to work independently. We do not copy check-in topics into those preferences.
Use check-in privacy choices to turn off optional topic suggestions without losing private check-ins, history or summaries. Withdrawing private check-in consent stops new saves and summaries and also turns off topic suggestions. Choices are checked again on future requests and when you return to an open page. We cannot recall information already displayed on a device.
Private notes and identifiable sensitive narratives must not be used for founder growth analytics. Health information is not sold or used for advertising or marketing personalization. Safety signals are not used to rank discussions or score engagement.
Who processes information
Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the application that handles check-in requests and renders your private pages. These providers process information needed to operate the requested service; check-ins are not end-to-end encrypted. Private check-in responses are not sent through our support email workflow as part of normal check-in use.
If you email support or a privacy request, ImprovMX forwards the correspondence to the founder's Gmail inbox; replies are sent through Resend. Earlier owner confirmation identified Resend as the transport for Supabase Auth emails; current provider configuration still requires release verification. The application also uses Resend for founder welcome emails. Do not send private check-in notes, passwords or verification codes by email.
See the Privacy Policy provider section for the hosting, analytics and tracking settings that still require verification. Provider processing is not guaranteed to remain exclusively in the United States.
Retention and requests
Withdrawal is different from deletion. Retained check-in history remains available for review and privacy requests until removed; there is no automatic inactive-account expiry. Minimal versioned consent decisions are retained with the account and cascade on Auth account deletion. Deleting an account removes its private check-ins under the account-deletion rules, including the Storage refusal safeguard. Provider-controlled logs and backups have separate lifecycles; some internal purge details are not publicly specified.
The approved policy calls for routine support correspondence to be retained for 12 months after resolution, and privacy/legal correspondence for 24 months after closure, subject to the approved dispute, security/fraud investigation and legal-obligation holds. Real-case execution remains to be verified before publication.
Contact hello@intervalsmen.com for privacy requests. The planned workflow for existing accounts uses request-specific confirmation, including suspended accounts without restoring community access. We do not fulfill sensitive requests based on email possession alone, restore deleted data for verification or treat a recreated account as the owner of earlier records. Production verification and final health-data request procedures, including access, deletion, appeals and processor handling, remain pending. See privacy help.
